Arrive, check in (doors open at 5:30 PM), and settle into the vibe. We'll kick off the weekend with hors d'oeuvres, warm introductions, and all the cozy excitement of meeting your people.
DAY 2: 🗓 Oct 22 | Full Day in the Cookie Studio + Our Fancy Dinner
This is where we get our hands dirty, in a delicious way! Full day of decorating sessions, advanced technique stations, connection, and (obviously) snacks. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided. We wrap up the retreat with a beautiful celebration dinner. (Dress it up, you've earned it.)
DAY 3: 🗓 Oct 23 | Full Day in the Cookie Studio
More hands-on decorating, more technique stations, more laughter, and you go home with gorgeous, dry cookies, new friends, and memories to last a lifetime! (AM cookie pickup available on Oct 24th if needed, then the tearful hugs and heartfelt goodbyes begin.)

When is the retreat?
October 21–23, 2026, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The welcome party begins the evening of October 21st . Plan to arrive by 5:30 PM. The main retreat wraps up on October 23rd.

Where exactly is it?
The Carlton at Dawley Farms in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, a beautifully designed, modern venue just 18 minutes from the Sioux Falls airport. It's cozy, light-filled, and absolutely nothing like a folding-table-in-a-rec-center situation.
Is there a VIP option?
Yes! The VIP Day is an exclusive add-on available after your main ticket purchase. It's a full bonus day on October 24th that includes private coaching with Lauren, a content filming session, and professional baker photos. See the VIP page for full details.
Do you teach the business side of cookies?
The main retreat is focused on skill-building, creative growth, and the kind of rest and connection that fills your cup back up. Business coaching is available through the VIP Day add-on, which includes dedicated 1:1 time with Lauren around your goals.
Do I need to bring supplies?
Nope — everything is provided for every session. If you have a favorite tool or apron you love, feel free to bring it, but you won't need a thing.
What about meals?
All meals are included — light breakfasts, catered lunches, snacks, dinners, and one fabulous fancy dinner on our last night. If you have specific dietary needs, reach out in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you. There's also a Target and Walmart nearby just in case.
Is lodging included?
Lodging and flights are not included in your ticket — you'll book your own hotel and travel to Sioux Falls. Once you're there, complimentary shuttle service runs between our designated retreat hotel and the venue each day. We'll share hotel block details (with a group rate) in the private attendee Facebook group and in your retreat email updates.
What if I can't make it after I register?
